(THISIS) SHIZEN
ディス イズ シゼン
自然の恵みと人の手が生み出す形と食を提供するショップ、
(THISIS)SHIZEN（ディス イズ シゼン）。
「Nature, Craft, Art」をコンセプトに、
「CAFE│茶屋」と「GREEN SHOP│植屋 」という2つのテーマで店内を構成。
日本の在来種を中心とした植物、
日本の土を使い店内で焼き上げられる器、
自然農法の素材を使った食・茶・酒、そしてArtを展開します。
(THISIS)SHIZEN is a shop featuring the blessings of nature and the shapes and foods that come from human hands.
Based on the concept of “Nature, Craft, Art”, the store is divided into two themes: “GREEN SHOP│Ueya” and “CAFE│Chaya”.
The shop features plants that are mainly of Japanese indigenous species, ceramics fired in the shop using Japanese soil, organically-made food, tea, sake and art.
CAFE / 茶 屋
日本の伝統かつ欠かすことのできない食材である、小豆。小豆は京都の菓子文化を支える重要な役割を担っております。その小豆を使用した手絞りで作られる餡子の花。私たちは京都の地で新しいお菓子の形を「ジェラート ICE BOUQUET」で表現いたします。
Rice has been used as money for Japanese people in the old days and still, it is the main food for Japanese people, and the sake made from rice cultivated in the fields is can be described as a symbol of the appreciation of Japanese nature itself. At the bar counter in the store, we offer sake and food that you can taste the blessings of nature.
GREEN SHOP / 植 屋
緑・石・木・陶芸・和・オブジェ・アート。
大地を感じることをコンセプトに、古き良き日本の園芸の文化を再解釈し、
日本的な要素を取り入れながらも新しい自然の提案します。
Greenery, stone, wood, ceramics, Japanese arts and objects. Under the concept of experiencing the earth, we reinterpret the good old Japanese garden culture and propose a new type of nature while incorporating the traditional elements.
